Mail de confirmation / envoie de commander woocommerce ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème depuis 1 semaine, je ne reçois plus les mails de commande que je reçois via woocommerce, et mes clients ne reçoivent plus de confirmation de commande ou de commande terminée. Pourtant dans woocommerce > réglages > emails. Tout est bien paramétré , du moins je n’ai rien modifié depuis 1 semaine. et la case « Activer cette notification par e-mail » bien cochée sur chaque formulaire. Je ne comprends vraiment pas ce qui a pu se passer.

Vérifiez d’abord votre dossier spam et testez l’envoi d’un e-mail de test via WooCommerce. Si le problème persiste, installez un plugin SMTP (comme WP Mail SMTP) et configurez un service d’envoi d’e-mails fiable (SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.). Assurez-vous aussi que votre hébergeur n’a pas bloqué l’envoi d’e-mails. (solar smash)
