Bonjour,

J’ai un soucis avec les commandes sur un site. Le message “ERREUR LORS DU TRAITEMENT DE LA COMMANDE. VEUILLEZ ESSAYER DE NOUVEAU.” s’affiche pour tous et ne permet pas le paiement en ligne. Avant cela marchait très bien.

Version PHP 7.4 stable

Version wp et woocommerce à jour + toutes les extensions à jour

Thème à jour

Rapports WooCommerce : aucune erreur à corriger

Je n’arrive pas à voir d’où cela vient… une idée ?

Je précise qu’il s’agit d’un site avec une partie e-commerce, pour vendre des produits sans livraison, ce sont des formations.

Précision 2 : j’ai essayé de cocher la case “autoriser à créer un compte en cours d’achat” mais cela n’a rien changé.

Pourtant je n’ai pas touché au plugin woocommerce ou woocommerce checkout….

Bonjour à vous, désactivez un a un vos plugin pour voir qui crée le bug, puisqu’a mon avis, le probleme vient d’un plugin ou bien du passerelle de paiement.
